I purchased my first home through Richard at the Professionals Cairns Beaches, and from the moment I first inspected the property he was very professional and responsive to a first home buyer.
Settlement ended up being delayed due to my broker not being on the ball, but he was in constant communication with both myself and the vendor the whole time.
They also allowed me to borrow a furniture trailer, saving me several hundred dollars, which as a first home buyer was very welcome.

A great effort by the Professionals Team of Rodney and Richard in selling our house in an amazing 24 hours from it appearing on Real Estate.com. To our delight, their negotiating skills as well as their realistic estimate of the maximum price we could expect, achieved the sale at our advertised price. Although we knew we had the Professionals’ backup, if needed, of the “No Sale, No Fee” guarantee, their efforts in closing the sale in such a short time meant that this was never an issue.
