It is with pleasure to share my positive experiences over the past 6 months and the remarkable results that have been achieved by Niki Gudopp and the Property Management team. We all know that a professional, effective and high energised team is required to achieve good rental outcomes in a short time frame in the current Cairns Market. I completed a development of three townhouses in late December (last year) and was very concerned this was poor timing and there was a slow price sensitive rental market. The town houses were also only available for photo’s a week prior to the completion date! But miracles can happen and I put my trust in Niki and the team to find tenants. What a result, all three townhouses we tenanted at ‘good’ rents on the day after the builder hand-over. Yes this was a great relief not having to find tenants.
After this experience I was won over and used Niki for another development of three townhouses that have recently be constructed in April. I had a realistic expectation given the rental market but could not imagine a similar outcome could be achieved. Well it happened again! Niki found a tenant for all three townhouses on the next day after completion and handover.
To achieve what Niki Gudopp did on one occasion is outstanding but to do this on two occasions is BRILLANT!! Congratulations and a special thank you to Niki for her outstanding customer service and professionalism.
