Hope below is along the lines, but please feel free to use some artistic licence to adjust to a style that suites. This is a big relief of pressure.

Mum and Dad have had a similar run of unsuccessful results with a property in Trinity Beach. They unfortunately signed up to a second 3 month sales agreement, but this will expire next month, and they will be in contact with you then.

After months of disappointment, running over advertising expense twice, failed contracts and stress; I finally decided to force a change to my property situation, and called Julie. I just wish I worked with her from the beginning as she secured a contract within 2 weeks, at a higher price than the original agent was looking at. You don’t need luck when you’ve got skill – thanks Juile, look forward to working with you next time.
