We purchased an investment property in Cairns. It was originally managed by another agency in Cairns for 3 months. There was no action on this property, no communication from the manager to us, and no indication from the manager about how the property was going to be tenanted.
We spoke to Niki Gudopp from the Professionals Cairns Beaches about our dilemma and she had a number of options to have the premises rented in a short time. When we handed the property over to the Professionals they advised us that the property, although brand new, was in need of some gardening to make it presentable. We engaged a gardener on Niki’s recommendation and the place was looking in brand new condition, again.
In two weeks of the Professionals taking over the management of our property they had secured a 24 month rental agreement, which has reduced the stress and anxiety we were going through prior to their involvement.
