“Our family had recently sold our big 5 bedroom house with our 1100 sqm block and were looking to downsize.
After much searching on the web and going to many open houses, we finally found the house we were looking for with 4 good size bedrooms, reasonably sized kitchen, good size block.
But more importantly, the price was right. We rang the agent (Julie) straight away. Julie was very helpful in organising a viewing as the property was currently tenanted.

It was perfect and met all of our immediate needs as we have too much stuff from what we had accumulated over the years.
The house was located at Holloways Beach so it was a real sea change for us.

We are close to town (15 mins) but we are far enough away to enjoy the solitude of living in a beachside suburb.
There is a good bus service which runs regularly.

And 500 metres from the beach, plenty of time to do some much sort after fishing.
There is a park across the road so no neighbours to contend with, shops are within walking distance

We are getting to the back end of our careers and we tend to look at things a lot differently.
Julie certainly helped us a lot with facilitating the eventual sale price and taking care of a few other things.

We have been settled in for nearly 2 weeks and we thank Julie for helping us find our home.

Message: Attn the Manager, Professionals. I would like to bring to your attention our experience when recently selling our unit at Trinity Cove, Trinity Beach. We had been thinking of selling but we\’re a bit concerned by the fairly flat unit market in Cairns. We found a brochure from The Professionals in our mail box and decided to give it a try. We were contacted by Julie Wallace and she visited us at home and we negotied a contract. Frankly I thought we set our target at the very top end of the market so was not confident that we would sell quickly. After listing we had one \”tyre kicker\” who was not really interested but about a week later we had a call from Julie to advise that we had a buyer at the price we wanted, amazing! We proceeded with the sale and Julie was a great help in negotiating settlement dates and the sale of a few items of furniture to the buyer.
