I found selling my House with Professionals Cairns Beaches, very easy. The Agent Melanie Blight was very professional and easy to get on with and explained the selling procedure in very down to earth way. She also had a good knowledge of the local market. This showed when the house was under offer in 3 weeks after only 2 open houses. She also achieved the sale price that I was happy with. I also found the no Fees up front helpful as there were no costs up front and their commission and marketing rate to be completive. I would use Professionals and Melanie Bright as my Agents again.
